## 2. What we offer

We provide the following travel planning services:

- Curated Itineraries ($100) - Pre-built, expertly selected Greece travel itineraries
- Custom Itineraries ($250) - Personalized itineraries built around your specific travel needs
- Consulting Calls ($200) - 30-minute one-on-one travel consulting sessions
- Concierge Service ($1000) - Full 2-week concierge travel planning and support

All services are delivered digitally. We do not book flights, hotels, or any travel components on your behalf unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

## 3. Payment

Payment is required in full before any service is delivered. We accept payment via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

All prices are listed in US dollars.

## 4. No refunds - all sales are final

**All purchases are non-refundable.** Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

- A change of travel plans
- Dissatisfaction with the itinerary style or recommendations
- Failure to use the service after purchase
- Delays caused by incomplete or late intake form submissions

We put significant time and expertise into every service we provide. If you have a concern about your delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right - but we cannot guarantee a refund.

## 5. Consulting call no-shows

If you book a 30-minute consulting call and fail to attend at the scheduled time without providing at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling, your payment is forfeited. No credit or refund will be issued.

If you provide 24 or more hours' notice, we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time, at our discretion.

- Provide accurate and complete information on any intake forms
- Respond to follow-up questions in a timely manner
- Book consulting calls only when you are genuinely available to attend
- Use our services for personal travel planning purposes only

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any itinerary or content we provide without our written permission.

We aim to deliver services within a reasonable timeframe. Timelines communicated at the point of purchase are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by incomplete information from you will not entitle you to a refund.
